Wiktor Mikusiński’s account
Wiktor Mikusiński, born in 1946 in Kamienna Góra. In the years 1965-1970 he was a student of law at Warsaw University. Since 1972 he was employed as a crime (murder) investigations unit officer of the Warsaw Militia. Since 1975 he was a part of the supervision unit of the Warsaw Citizens’ Militia Central Command. He was placed in internment in February of 1982 (until then he was in hiding), and was let go with the last remaining group on December 24, 1982. During the Round Table talks he was servicing the Temporary National Council of Individual Farmers, and was also the personal secretary to professor Andrzej Stelmachowski.
